What to expect at pickup
Why call-in noodle orders may be cooked when you arrive
When you call ahead, we record the order and prepare the kitchen for it. For wok-fried noodles, arrival is usually the signal to cook. We would rather ask you for a short wait than let a finished noodle dish sit in a closed container.
What this means at pickup
This is a quality boundary, not an attempt to make pickup difficult. Noodles change quickly after leaving the wok. Cooking them when you arrive helps us hand over the dish closer to the texture we intended.
If you need the fastest handoff
Ordering through this pickup page lets you select a pickup time. For a call-in order, please expect that wok-fried noodles may be finished after you arrive. Fast matters. The food still has to stand on its own.
If the order form rejects a valid entry
Check whether autofill added spaces or an old value to your phone number, pickup time, or modifier. The message should identify the field and tell you what needs correcting. If it does not, please call the restaurant instead of guessing at formats or repeatedly submitting the form.
A clear recovery path matters as much as the form itself. A failed field should not become a failed dinner.
